HR Manager - Construction
Job Description
Responsibilities HR Management: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and practices that support the Company’s objectives and comply with labor law.Talent Acquisition & onboarding: Lead the full recruitment and selection process for all levels, including workforce planning and coordination with department heads, and deliver an effective onboarding program to ensure smooth integration of new hires.Compensation& benefits: Assist in Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness, compliance and attractiveness to retain top talents.Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems and support employee’s development.Employee relations: Manage employee relations including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and fostering a positive work environment across all company operations.HR operations &administration: Oversee all HR administrative functions including attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, personnel files, and HR system management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Training & development: Identify training needs and develop training programs.Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention company departments.
Organization Development & Structure: Support organizational structure design, job descriptions, and role clarity to ensure alignment with business needs and scalability.Policies Compliance: Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and conduct regular audits to maintain compliance and operational consistency.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field, HR certification is a must.Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the construction or a related field.In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and industry-specific regulations.Proven experience in talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations
