Job Description
- Odoo System Management:Take full charge of theOdoo HR modulesto monitor, track, and record daily attendance data.
- Data Reconciliation:Audit daily attendance logs received from Timekeepers and reconcile them againstOdoorecords to identify and fix any discrepancies.
- System Integrity:Proactively resolve attendance issues (missing clock-ins, unrecorded leaves) directly withinOdooto ensure system accuracy.
- Workflow Integration:Ensure all employee leaves, permissions, and shift schedules are correctly updated inOdoo.
- Reporting:UtilizeOdoo reporting toolsto generate daily/monthly attendance insights for the HR department.
- Communication:Act as the technical bridge between site Timekeepers and the HR department, guiding them on how to report data correctly intoOdoo.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must have proven, hands-on experience in managing HR processes using Odoo.
- Strong understanding ofOdoo HR modules(Attendance, Leaves, and Payroll).
- High attention to detail and strong ability to handle data reconciliation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to manage system exceptions and errors.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate between various site locations and HR functions.
