HSE Manager - (Chemical Background)

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HSE Manager with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience to lead our Health, Safety, and Environment department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive HSE strategies that ensure a zero-harm culture.

This role requires a visionary leader capable of managing complex risks, ensuring global regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across large-scale operations.Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term HSE roadmaps aligned with corporate goals and international best practices (ISO 45001 & 14001).Risk Management: Lead advanced risk assessment processes and implement robust control measures for high-risk activities.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws, environmental regulations, and international safety standards.Incident Investigation: Oversee Root Cause Analysis for major incidents and establish preventive action plans to mitigate future recurrences.Team Development: Lead, mentor, and evaluate a multi-disciplinary team of HSE engineers and supervisors, fostering professional growth.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison with government authorities, insurance auditors, and clients regarding HSE performance and audits.Emergency Preparedness: Design and manage crisis management and emergency response plans, ensuring organizational readiness for all contingencies.Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor HSE KPIs, presenting detailed analytical reports and improvement trends to the Board of Directors/Executive Management.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.Minimum 15 years of HSE experience in a chemical or petrochemical manufacturing.Strong knowledge of chemical safety standards, OSHA, ISO 14001, 45001.Proven track record in risk management, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Residence in Giza (prefer Giza and 6 October city)
