Experience That Excites Us:A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally within a Business Partner role.Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing HR Policies.Demonstrated expertise in core Human Resources (HR) functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.Your Skill Arsenal:Exceptional proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices.In-depth knowledge of developing, interpreting, and enforcing HR Policies.Strong capabilities in Talent Acquisition and employee development.Proven ability in Employee Relations and conflict resolution.Experience with Performance Management systems and strategies.Familiarity with Compensation & Benefits administration.Proficiency with various HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).Solid understanding of Labor Law Compliance in Egypt.Outstanding Communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.A strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to Strategic Planning.Career Level: This role is ideal for an Experienced professional eager to take on significant responsibilities and drive HR excellence.
