Human Resources Generalist
Job Description
Recruitment & onboardingManage end-to-end hiring for factory roles including workers, technicians, and supervisors.
Conduct interviews, coordinate offers, and run structured onboarding programs.Attendance & payroll supportMaintain accurate attendance records, track leave and overtime, and coordinate with finance for timely and accurate payroll processing in line with Egyptian labor law.Labor law & complianceEnsure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law No. 12/2003 including contracts, social insurance (NOSI), and worker rights.
Maintain up-to-date employee files and documentation.Employee relationsAct as a trusted first point of contact for factory staff concerns.
Mediate workplace conflicts, handle grievances, and escalate disciplinary matters when necessary.Training & developmentCoordinate training programs covering food safety, occupational health & safety, and role-specific skills.
Track completion and maintain training records.Performance managementSupport line managers in running periodic performance reviews.
Maintain appraisal records and flag patterns that require management attention.Health, safety & welfarePartner with factory management to maintain a safe working environment.
Coordinate with occupational health providers and ensure incident reporting procedures are followed.
Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environmentSolid knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulationsProficient in Arabic; working English is a plusStrong interpersonal and communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
Requirements & Qualifications
