Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and well-rounded HR Generalist to join our team in New Cairo Who Can Start Immediately.
The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the construction or real estate sector, and possess a solid understanding of all HR functions.
Responsibilities:Support the recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Manage employee records and ensure accurate HR database updates.Oversee attendance, leaves, and coordinate with payroll.Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.Assist in performance management and employee relations.Handle social and medical insurance procedures.Prepare HR letters, manage resignations, and support internal investigations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.3 years of relevant HR experience.Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is preferred.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and core HR processes.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems
