Human Resources Generalist
Job Description
Personnel & Employee RelationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and general matters.Support in disciplinary actions, warnings, and investigations when necessary.Payroll & CompensationCoordinate monthly payroll processing including attendance tracking, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.Maintain payroll records in compliance with local regulations.Social & Medical InsuranceRegister new employees and update records with Social Insurance and Medical Insurance authorities.Handle all documentation related to social insurance entries, exits, and settlements.Follow up on medical insurance claims and employee benefits.Government Relations & Labor Law ComplianceServe as the liaison with Labor Office and Social Insurance Office to ensure full legal compliance.Stay updated on changes in Egyptian labor law and ensure company policies reflect compliance.Handle any inspections or audits from government bodies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.3–8 years of solid HR generalist experience covering the areas listed above.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, and payroll practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular);
HR software knowledge is a plus.
