• HVAC Valves Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Indoor Sales Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our sales team, manage customer relationships, and process sales orders efficiently.

This role requires good English writing and speaking skills, strong computer proficiency, and experience in the HVAC industry, preferably with valves.

Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing, and customer communication- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment- Assist in preparing sales quotes, proposals, and presentations- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information- Process sales orders, invoices, and payments efficiently- Maintain and update company website and CRM with accurate product information

Requirements- 1+ years of experience in HVAC sales administration or a related field- Good knowledge of HVAC valves and industry products- Good English writing and speaking skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications- Experience with HVAC valve manufacturers or suppliers- Familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., valve selection tools)- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
