Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team.
If you have strong experience in export operations, shipping coordination, and managing global logistics processes..
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage global customer shipments and provide end-to-end logistics solutions.
- Prepare and review export shipping documentation to ensure smooth delivery.
- Evaluate offers from shipping lines and recommend the best commercial option.
- Review and validate freight and shipping invoices according to agreed contracts.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and ensure timely collection of required documents (e.g., Form 13).
- Monitor loading processes, customs formalities, and container/truck availability.
- Ensure compliance with export policies and internal procedures.
- Coordinate truck movement and oversee loading operations.
- Track logistics KPIs and ensure operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics/export operations (industrial background preferred).
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics/export operations (industrial background preferred).
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
