International Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team.

If you have strong experience in export operations, shipping coordination, and managing global logistics processes..

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage global customer shipments and provide end-to-end logistics solutions.
• Prepare and review export shipping documentation to ensure smooth delivery.
• Evaluate offers from shipping lines and recommend the best commercial option.
• Review and validate freight and shipping invoices according to agreed contracts.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and ensure timely collection of required documents (e.g., Form 13).
• Monitor loading processes, customs formalities, and container/truck availability.
• Ensure compliance with export policies and internal procedures.
• Coordinate truck movement and oversee loading operations.
• Track logistics KPIs and ensure operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics/export operations (industrial background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics/export operations (industrial background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures.
