The Group offers a diverse portfolio of more than1,200 products, operatesthree factories, and employs over3,000 professionals.

My Way also owns two successful retail sub-brands:5 Mins, specializing in food mixes and spices, andMaderra, focusing on detergents and home care solutions.

We are looking for a creative and motivatedJunior Social Media Specialistto join our Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of social media content across multiple platforms, help enhance brand presence, and engage with our online community.

Content Creation & Copywriting:Write clear, engaging, and creative Arabic and English copy for daily posts, captions, stories, and campaigns across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Content Planning:Assist in brainstorming and developing weekly and monthly content calendars for My Way Egypt Group and its retail sub-brands,Maderraand5 Mins.

Community Management:Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner while maintaining the approved brand tone and communication guidelines.

Trend Monitoring:Stay up to date with social media trends, viral content, trending sounds, and relevant topics in the direct-selling, FMCG, food, cosmetics, detergents, and home care industries.

Campaign Support:Support the execution of social media campaigns, product promotions, seasonal activities, and brand initiatives across different digital platforms.

Design & Video Collaboration:Work closely with the Graphic Design and Content Creation teams to brief ideas for visual assets, short-form video reels, TikToks, stories, and other social media materials.

Brand Consistency:Ensure that all published content follows the brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and visual identity across My Way, Maderra, and 5 Mins.

Competitor & Market Research:Monitor competitors’ social media activities and conduct basic market research to identify new content ideas, audience interests, and opportunities for brand growth.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:Track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, followers’ growth, views, and interactions, and prepare basic periodic reports to support the optimization of future content and campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experiencein social media, digital marketing.
  • Good understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
