Landscape Architecture Project Manager.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and budgetsPrepare overall project implementation plans with defined milestonesReview and finalize the Scope of Work (SOW) in coordination with client focal pointsPlan resource requirements and manage allocation for current and future projects, including cost inputsSupport the preparation of technical proposals in response to client RFPsPrepare tender documents and packages in coordination with all stakeholdersFloat SOW/RFQs to the market and manage the tendering processReview and evaluate technical proposals in collaboration with assigned focal pointsAnticipate client needs and proactively address concernsEnsure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecyclePlan, manage, and monitor project execution throughout all stagesTrack progress against schedule and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetsManage changes to project scope, schedule, and costCoordinate releases and activities across multiple teamsEnsure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirementsMonitor project financial performance, including cost control and profitabilityReview and validate invoices, variations, and claimsManage and prepare change orders and ensure proper documentation and approvalsAct as the main point of contact with the Project Owner and key stakeholdersProvide regular progress updates, reports, and highlight risks or concernsCoordinate with internal teams, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholdersOrganize, lead, and moderate meetings, workshops, and coordination sessionsPresent project progress to management, clients, and stakeholdersIdentify project risks, dependencies, and constraintsDevelop and maintain risk registers and action tracking systemsProactively resolve issues and remove obstacles impacting project deliveryFollow up on actions and expedite progress using appropriate tracking toolsMonitor team performance and productivity, and evaluate project dataPrepare periodic progress reports and dashboardsCreate stage-gate presentations for top management reviewsEnsure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and requirementsDevelop and implement policies, procedures, and systems aligned with best practicesPropose process improvements in line with ISO standards and organizational objectivesPrepare all final project documentation, including close-out and final reportsConduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and capture lessons learnedIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement across projects Additional Responsibilities/RemarksDemonstrated commitment to continuous professional development in management practicesMentor and support team members’ professional developmentIdentify training needs and contribute to capability building within the team.

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or related fieldMust be an Architect with relevant background in landscape or infrastructureExperience 10 years at least 5 years in relevant positions Experience working in the UAE.Holding professional certifications in project and/or management disciplinesA PMP certification is preferredStrong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project activitiesStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
