Your mission is simple: live on the phones and turn warm conversations into booked appointments for our closer.
You’ll work from a clear call framework, log notes in our CRM, and keep a crisp cadence of outreach throughout the day.

1.5 - 2.5 hours of talk time per dayConsistently set qualified appointments for the closer (weekly target set together; performance tracked daily, 5 a day is the KPI)Speed-to-lead: call new inbound leads promptly during your shiftClean, accurate CRM notes and next steps on every conversationProfessional, friendly, and persistent follow-up rhythmCompensation$8/hour USD, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST (full-time)Starts as flat hourlyGrowth path: raise in hourly and/or 1% of gross profit commission once you’ve proven performance
