Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration12–20 years of experience in logistics or supply chain within manufacturingMinimum 5–7 years in a managerial roleExperience in paints, chemicals, or similar industries is highly preferredStrong background in fleet management and export logistics
