Logistics Manager (Export Background)

Manage end-to-end export logistics operations, including shipment planning, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery coordination.Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure smooth export execution.Handle international shipping processes (Sea Freight, Air Freight, Land Transportation) and negotiate with logistics providers.Ensure accuracy and compliance of export documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Health Certificates, COA, Shipping Documents).Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays or operational issues.Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and international partners.Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service level and delivery performance.Ensure compliance with international food export requirements and customer specifications.Prepare logistics performance reports and KPIs (OTIF, Cost, Lead Time, Shipment Accuracy).Support opening and developing new export markets through efficient logistics solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.8+ years of experience in Export Logistics, preferably within Food & Beverage / FMCG industry.Strong experience managing international shipments and export operations.Excellent knowledge of export documentation and international trade procedures.Experience dealing with global customers and international markets.Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Good command of English.
