Job Description
- Manage and oversee daily logistics, transportation, and delivery operations.
- Plan and optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery and smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Manage and evaluate logistics service providers and transportation companies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Track and analyze logistics KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Lead and develop the logistics team to achieve operational targets.
- Handle and resolve logistics issues and delivery delays efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
