Manufacturing Manager (Concentrates)

Production ManagementPlan, organize, and supervise daily manufacturing operations for pasta or sauce production lines.Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining high efficiency and minimal downtime.Monitor production performance and implement improvements to increase productivity.Quality & Food SafetyEnsure compliance with food safety and quality standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and food safety regulations.Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain product quality and consistency.Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation standards within the production area.Operational EfficiencyAnalyze production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.Monitor raw material usage and minimize production losses.Coordinate with maintenance to ensure proper functioning of production equipment.Team LeadershipLead, train, and supervise production supervisors and operators.Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability among the manufacturing team.Evaluate employee performance and support workforce development.Planning & CoordinationCoordinate with planning, procurement, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure smooth production flow.Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and manpower for production schedules.Reporting & CompliancePrepare production reports, performance analysis, and operational KPIs.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Experience Requirements12–18 years of experience in food manufacturing.At least 5 years in a managerial role in Concentrates.Strong experience in production operations within food factories ( Concentrates).

Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of Concentrates or sauce production processes .Familiarity with food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).Production planning and manufacturing efficiency management.Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.Knowledge of industrial food processing equipment and production lines.
