Job Description
- Create, publish, and manage property listings across platforms such as Airbnb,Booking.com, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and post engaging property advertisements on social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Write compelling property descriptions and marketing content that highlight key features and selling points.
- Manage and optimize property listings to improve visibility, inquiries, and booking performance.
- Generate and follow up on leads from digital marketing campaigns and online platforms.
- Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure accurate availability, pricing, and property information.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Track marketing performance, inquiries, conversions, and booking results.
- Maintain consistent brand standards across all property marketing materials and digital channels.
- Support promotional campaigns and initiatives designed to increase occupancy and revenue.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, real estate, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram.
- Experience with online property listing platforms such as Airbnb,Booking.com, and similar platforms is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sales and lead-generation skills with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Creative mindset with the ability to create attractive property advertisements and marketing content.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and online advertising.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the operations and reservations teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining Elite Stays Hospitality’s professional brand image.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve marketing and booking targets.
