Marketing Manager - Surgical Enabling Technology

As the Marketing Manager for Surgical Enabling Technology in Egypt, you will define and execute the marketing strategy across the territory and lead a territory-focused marketing plan.

You will be responsible for driving strong and effective marketing activities with the objective of enhancing revenue growth, generating new business, expanding commercial attendance in the territory, and engaging strategic decision makers.

This role contributes heavily to performance management [including revenue, profitability, and stakeholders’ management].You will collaborate with the Strategic Account Manager and Enabling Technology Sales Specialists focused on developing and maximizing the respective territory, ensuring strong pipeline generation and sustained market penetration.

Lead and execute the regional marketing strategy in EgyptPlan and deliver standout events from concept through to evaluationActivate the brand across all legitimate accessible channelsBuild and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with internal stakeholders, HCPs, clients, and agenciesDrive marketing campaigns and technology visibility initiativesManage budgets and ensure strong ROILead product launch and promotional activityGrow and engage audiences across social media platformsContinuously identify new opportunities and innovative ideas

University degree [MBA is preferred].Professional English & Arabic proficiency.Professional command of Microsoft applications.Professional presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Proven strategic marketing experience.Proven track record in marketing for public and private sectors.Proven experience in leading complex and high-value events.Experience in life science or medical field is an advantage.Global mindset with strong cultural awareness.Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered
