Marketing Manager – GCC GrowthLocation: EgyptEmployment Type: Full-timeIndustry: AI / SaaS / TechnologyWe are looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team, develop original campaign ideas and create strategies for entering and growing in GCC markets.The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Khaleeji brands, culture, consumer behavior, social media trends and the way business operates across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing and go-to-market strategies for GCC countries.Generate creative campaign, content and product-launch ideas.Research GCC markets, competitors, customers and emerging trends.Adapt messaging and campaigns to each country’s culture and audience.Manage the marketing team and ensure tasks are completed on time.Oversee social media, paid advertising, influencers, content and partnerships.Identify new channels and opportunities to increase awareness, leads and sales.Track campaign performance and improve results based on data.

Requirements4+ years of experience in marketing, growth or brand management.Proven experience targeting GCC or Khaleeji audiences.Strong knowledge of GCC brands, trends, platforms and customer behavior.Experience creating market-entry and go-to-market strategies.Strong creative thinking combined with commercial and analytical skills.Experience managing a marketing or creative team.Knowledge of paid media, social media, influencers and content marketing.Fluent in Arabic and English.Experience in AI, SaaS, technology or digital products is preferred.
