Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to own our digital presence and drive qualified B2B leads.
You'll manage our social media, website SEO, and paid campaigns end to end — turning technical smart-solutions offerings into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with corporate, government, and industrial clients.
This is a role for someone who can both strategize and execute.
Experience marketing technical, industrial, or smart-solutions products/services.Bilingual (Arabic and English), with the ability to create content in both languages.Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and/or CMS experience (WordPress).Plan, create, and manage content across social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and others relevant to B2B).Develop and execute the SEO strategy for our website — keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content improvements to improve organic ranking and traffic.Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) with a focus on lead generation and measurable ROI.Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns aligned with sales and business development goals.Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, cost-per-lead) and adjust based on data.Collaborate with the business development and technical teams to translate complex solutions into accessible marketing content.Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines.Stay current on B2B marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
