Materials & Production Planning Specialist - Background Foods

Involving and manage monthly S&OP meeting, and periodic operation meetings with the top management.Build up monthly MPS considering sales target, machine capacity, and supplying power.Reviewing the weekly plan and make sure it is fulfilling all business needs.Manage and Follow-up all the related KPIs (e.g. OTIF, CV, PPA, Waste%, PMH, OEE).Periodically review the MRP and take any action needed.Control the Raw & Pack materials stocks and make sure all are aligning with operational plans, company policy, and supplying lead time.Manage and follow up the whole procurement cycle with full responsibility of the SRM function.Continuous working on enhancing/enlarging our supplying portfolio in terms of sorting out any unreliable suppliers, selecting new suppliers, build different relationships with our suppliers based on each criticality, reliability, credibility, and reputation in the market.Continuous communication and cooperation with the sales team to manage demand on time and fulfill any rush or export order in the shortest possible manner.Cooperate with the W/H team to organize dispatching/receiving schedule to balance operations load as per W/H capability.Ensuring all the operational reports and KPIs are updated and shared with our top management.Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, or any relative.Advanced understanding of Supply chain management, strategies, and scope.Manufacturing background and experience of managing Profit and Loss (P&L).Strong in analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.Solid time management, multi-tasking, following-up, problem solving, and communication skills.Robust awareness with any ERP system.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced/challenging business environment Very good command of the English language.
