Job Description
- Lead the developmentof comprehensive mechanical BIM models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
- Perform detailed design and analysisfor HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, integrating seamlessly with architectural and structural elements.
- Collaborate closelywith electrical engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and clash detection, resolving design conflicts proactively.
- Support project teamsthroughout the design, construction, and maintenance phases, providing expert insights on mechanical systems and BIM best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvementof BIM workflows and standards, enhancing efficiency and quality across all projects.
- Conduct site visits and inspectionsto monitor installation progress and provide technical support for mechanical systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven Expertise:A minimum of2-5 years of hands-on experiencein Mechanical Engineering with a strong focus on BIM applications within the installation, maintenance, or design sectors.
- Technical Mastery:Exceptional proficiency inBIMsoftware (especiallyRevit),AutoCAD, and comprehensive knowledge ofMechanical Engineeringprinciples, includingHVAC Design, Plumbing Systems, and Fire Protection Systems.
- Engineering Fundamentals:Solid understanding of coreEngineeringconcepts,Electrical Engineeringprinciples relevant to mechanical systems, and localBuilding Codes.
