Job Description
- Supervise and oversee mechanical works for hospital construction projects.
- Coordinate and monitor mechanical activities throughout project execution.
- Review mechanical works and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Coordinate with electrical, civil, and other engineering teams.
- Follow up on the progress of mechanical works and ensure timely completion.
- Inspect mechanical installations and ensure proper quality and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to mechanical works.
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams.
- Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Prepare progress reports and provide updates on mechanical works.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree inMechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience inhospital/healthcare construction projects.
- Experience working on projects located along thecoastal lineis preferred.
- Strong experience in supervising mechanical works and site execution.
- Knowledge ofHVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP systems.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good command of English.
