Job Description
- Support and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.
- Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for electrical safety products.
- Monitor production processes and identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and R&D teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify opportunities for process optimization and productivity improvement.
- Support initiatives to reduce waste, minimize downtime, improve productivity, and enhance product quality.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and smooth production operations.
- Prepare and maintain production process documentation, work instructions, and reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.
- Support new product introductions by assisting in the development and validation of manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety requirements, and production procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- 2–5 years of experience in Production or Manufacturing Engineering is a plus.
- Strong interest in manufacturing and production processes.
- Basic understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes and industrial equipment.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with injection molding machines and PLC-controlled systems is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical and production engineering skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
