Medical Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and presentable Cosmetics Sales Representative to promote and sell our skincare, haircare, personal care, and beauty products.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships with pharmacies, beauty stores, salons, clinics, distributors, and other assigned customers while achieving sales and collection targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell the company’s cosmetics and personal care products within the assigned territory.Visit pharmacies, beauty stores, salons, clinics, and other potential customers according to a planned schedule.Present product features, benefits, ingredients, usage instructions, and competitive advantages professionally.Identify new customers and develop new business opportunities.Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide continuous after-sales support.Achieve monthly sales, distribution, collection, and new-account targets.Monitor product availability, stock levels, expiry dates, pricing, and product displays at customer locations.Negotiate orders, promotional activities, and display opportunities in line with company policies.Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.Provide product samples, promotional materials, and training when required.Collect market feedback regarding customer needs, competitors, pricing, promotions, and market trends.Prepare regular sales reports, visit reports, forecasts, and customer updates.Participate in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, product launches, and beauty-related events.Coordinate with marketing, customer service, warehouse, and distribution teams to ensure timely order delivery and customer satisfaction.
