Job Description
- Develop comprehensive MEP drawingsfor a diverse range of construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and project managersto integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
- Utilize advanced drafting softwareto produce detailed plans, schematics, and elevations for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawingsto identify potential clashes and propose effective solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven expertise in AutoCADand extensive experience inMEP DesignandEngineering.
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating detailedTechnical DrawingsandConstruction Documentation.
- Solid understanding ofHVAC Systems,Plumbing Systems, andElectrical Systems.
- Familiarity withRevitandBIMmethodologies is a significant advantage.

- A commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant designs.
