Requirements & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer science, or similar;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);
- Experience with DBMS (PostgreSQL or others);
- Experience with DWH (Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS RedShift, etc.);
- Full proficiency in SQL (data modeling, queries, analytic/window functions);
- Familiarity with data warehouse and ETL pipelines principles;
- Advanced level of MS Excel;
- Data mining and data analysis techniques;
- Experience in translating business needs/
requirements into technical specifications (gathering, presenting, estimating, prioritizing, etc.));
- A clear understanding of the principles and specifics of software development methodologies (SDLC);
- Extensive knowledge of business analysis techniques (Use case scenarios, User stories, User story mapping, Prioritization techniques, Estimation approaches, etc.)
- Communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain good working relationships with external organizations and internal customers;
- Excellent time-management skills, ability to learn quickly and handle multi-tasking activities;
- Git/VCS experience.
