Job Description
- Lead full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into Odoo functional and technical solutions.
- Configure and deploy Odoo modules based on organizational needs.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Configure core modules such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, HR, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
- Work with developers for required customizations.
- Support system integration with third-party applications.
- Conduct testing (UAT, system testing) and resolve issues.
- Support go-live and post-implementation activities.
- Provide user training and documentation.
- Deliver ongoing support and system enhancements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably Odoo, with hands-on configuration and implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and architecture.
- Basic understanding of Python for customization.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases.
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Knowledge of ERP workflows and business processes.
