Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Optimize supply chain processesby identifying bottlenecks, implementing improvements, and utilizing data-driven insights.
  • Manage vendor relationshipswith carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
  • Provide exceptional customer serviceby addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the order fulfillment process.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience inLogistics, Supply Chain, or Operationsroles.
  • Strong knowledge ofLogistics Operations, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Planning.
  • Good understanding ofCustomer Service and Supply Chain Management.
  • Stronganalytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to use data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, customers, vendors, and external partners.
  • Strongproblem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.
  • Experience inVendor Managementand maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office, especially Excel.
