Operations Manager

Core function: Ensure smooth execution across projects, service delivery, logistics, and internal coordination.

Key responsibilities:Oversee project operations planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.Improve cross-functional execution between sales, engineering, procurement, and finance.Track operational KPIs (delivery timeliness, cost control, utilization, quality).Own process improvement and operational compliance to internal workflows.Oversee daily operations across all business units to ensure seamless workflow and optimal productivity.Develop, implement, and refine operational policies, procedures, and best practices to support company objectives.Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational enhancement and cost efficiency.Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with organizational goals and market demands.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems.Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting to support project delivery and business growth.Drive process optimization initiatives, leveraging technology and automation to improve service delivery.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely procurement.Prepare and present regular operational reports and insights to executive leadership.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the security systems or technology sector.Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.Demonstrated experience in process improvement, resource planning, and budget management.In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive organizational change.Proficiency in operational management software and tools.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Fluency in English;

Arabic language skills are an advantage.
