Operations Specialist

Coordinate daily operational activities, including procurement, distribution, production planning and inventory management.Monitor the delivery of goods and materials from suppliers to customers while ensuring high service quality.Analyze operational data using analytical tools to track inventory movement, monitor performance, and support decision-making.Implement solutions to reduce operational costs while improving the speed and efficiency of the supply chain.Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and customers to ensure compliance, quality, and long-term collaboration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Operations, to optimize supplier and distributor performance.Contribute to production planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination to prevent production delays, stock shortages, or excess inventory.Monitor employees' performance against established objectives and provide recommendations for corrective actions and continuous improvement.Act as a liaison between senior management and employees by ensuring effective communication, maintaining employee records, and tracking onboarding and employment start dates.
