OPPO Store Expanding Specialist

Responsible for market research and market analysis of new stores with an effective follow-up plan.Responsible for the development and location of retail stores, including project information collection, screening (market research, business analysis), negotiation, signing, maintenance, and housing leasing.Coordinate and arrange the location and layout of new stores, deploy and coordinate related work.New store expansion, old store contract renewal, business negotiation, commercial real estate relationship maintenanceResponsible for all aspects of opening preparation and approval of the store through administrative support, including budgeting, procurement negotiation, suppliers, and contractor liaison.Responsible for all aspects of the lease transaction until the closure of the deal (legal, credit approval, funding, documentation…etc.)

Very good EnglishExperience in commercial location development or construction companies is preferredCandidates should have at least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate or store construction; or at least 3 years of experience in leasing businesses in shopping malls or expanding brand reach.Industry knowledge reserves (especially investment managers) for dialogue with key roles in commercial real estate, sufficient information channels to understand the expiration date and rent information of target shops, and certain business negotiation skills.Being able to speak Chinese is better, having a car or being able to drive is even better, having it will add points.
