Job Description
Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead and manage Oracle Fusion implementation projects from initiation to successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, experience working with cross-functional teams, and a solid background in Oracle Fusion projects.
Key Responsibilities:Manage Oracle Fusion implementation projects end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including functional and technical consultants.Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations.Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues proactively.Manage stakeholder communication and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.Provide regular project status reports, updates, and performance tracking to leadership and stakeholders.Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.
Requirements:8+ years of project management experience, preferably in ERP or enterprise systems.Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion implementation projects.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects successfully.PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
