Job Description

  • Lead the day-to-day techno-functional support and continuous improvement of Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management (CFM), Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM), and related Oracle applications for the Egypt organization.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical functional and technical solutions, including system configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting, aligned with business needs.
  • Provide technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), ensuring effective system integration and alignment with relevant business processes.
  • Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and validate PL/SQL queries, scripts, reports, and data-related solutions as required.
  • Support Oracle integrations, interfaces, data migration, and data validation activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across relevant systems.
  • Coordinate system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, approved changes, releases, and deployment activities.
  • Monitor and resolve system incidents and recurring issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Oracle users, document solutions and procedures, and promote effective system utilization.
  • Coordinate with Oracle support partners, service providers, and relevant stakeholders on escalations, technical issues, upgrades, and system improvements.
  • Maintain system documentation, access controls, change management procedures, and compliance with company IT policies and standards.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Direct Line Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Oracle applications, preferably within the fuel, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management (CFM), Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM), Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or Oracle PL/SQL are preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in Oracle system configuration, business process analysis, system integration, data migration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management (CFM), Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM), Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and deployment activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills, with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
