1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials or building products industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an outdoor or field sales environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.Experience in glass sales or building materialsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliarity with regional wholesale and merchant networksEnergy and drive to expand market presence and capture new opportunitiesSelf-motivated and results-driven, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories and conduct regular site visits.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
