Packaging Procurement Manager

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for packaging materialsIdentify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements to achieve cost savings and value optimization.Monitor supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and compliance.Analyze market trends, raw material costs, and supply risks to inform sourcing decisions.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company sustainability goals.Manage procurement budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs).Lead risk mitigation strategies, including dual sourcing and contingency planning.Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes and supplier management.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.+15 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability practices.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
