Payroll Specialist
Job Description
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.Review attendance, overtime, leave balances, and payroll deductions.Calculate salaries, bonuses, incentives, commissions, and end-of-service settlements.Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and the Egyptian Labor Law.Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll data.Coordinate with Finance regarding salary transfers and payroll-related transactions.Maintain accurate payroll records while ensuring data confidentiality.Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies.Manage social insurance and payroll-related documentation.Support payroll audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in payroll administration.Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, Egyptian Labor Law, and Social Insurance regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HRIS systems.Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under deadlines.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Working Days: Six days per week (Saturday to Thursday)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.The company provides transportation on the following routes: Alexandria – El Agamy – Abu El Matamir – Kafr El-Dawwar.
Requirements & Qualifications
