Payroll Team Leader

Lead and supervise the payroll team, ensuring efficient and accurate payroll processing.Manage end-to-end payroll activities for employees, laborers, and subcontractors.Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on schedule, including overtime, allowances, deductions, and bonuses.Review payroll calculations and verify employee attendance, timesheets, and related records.Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, social insurance requirements, and company policies.Coordinate with HR, Finance, and project teams to resolve payroll-related issues.Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and management summaries.Handle payroll audits and support internal and external audit requirements.Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.Identify opportunities for process improvements and payroll system enhancements.Train, mentor, and evaluate payroll team members.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, labor laws, taxes, and social insurance requirements.Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.Experience in using Odoo ERP System is highly preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
