Personnel Specialist
Job Description
Personnel AdministrationPrepare employment contracts, renewals, amendments, and termination documents.Maintain complete and up-to-date employee personnel files (physical and electronic).Ensure compliance with labor law, company policies, and internal procedures.Attendance & Time ManagementMonitor daily attendance for office staff and factory employees.Review shift schedules, overtime, absenteeism, lateness, and leave records.Ensure accurate attendance records are submitted for payroll processing.Government RelationsProcess social insurance registration, amendments, and terminations.Coordinate labor office documentation and ensure legal compliance.Follow up on medical insurance enrollment and employee records where applicable.Ensure all government documentation is completed within required deadlines.HR OperationsUpdate HRIS and employee databases with accurate information.Monitor probation periods and contract expiration dates.Support disciplinary actions by preparing required documentation.Prepare monthly HR reports, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, and contract renewals.Support HR audits and ensure personnel documentation is complete and compliant.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.2–4 years of experience in Personnel , preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of labor law, social insurance regulations, and personnel administration.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Good command of English is preferred.Strong organizational and documentation skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Requirements & Qualifications
