Market Research & Customer InsightsConduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking Collect customer feedback and translate insights into product opportunities Analyze industry trends and changing customer behaviors Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to identify pain points Develop customer personas and segmentation strategies

Product Development & ExecutionLead cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle Translate business requirements into clear product requirements documents (PRDs)
Define product specifications, features, and priorities Partner with design, engineering, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams Ensure product launches occur within budget and timelines Manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
