Procurement Analyst

Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and analyze procurement data and supplier quotations.Prepare price comparison sheets and supplier comparison reports.Analyze the cost of products and services and identify potential savings opportunities.Review prices, payment terms, and delivery lead times.Analyze procurement spending and prepare periodic reports.Evaluate supplier performance based on price, quality, and delivery commitment.Monitor procurement and supplier performance indicators.Update supplier and pricing databases.Monitor quotation validity and follow up on required updates.Prepare reports and analyses to support management purchasing decisions.Coordinate with the Procurement, Tendering, and Estimation teams.Review Purchase Orders and related procurement data.Update procurement information in the ERP system.Analyze market trends and price movements when required.Contribute to improving procurement processes and reducing costs.Ensure the accuracy of procurement data and supporting documents.

Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in procurement, procurement analysis, or supply chain.Excellent written and spoken English.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Ability to prepare analytical reports and comparison sheets.Experience in quotation comparison and cost analysis.Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.Experience with ERP systems such as Zoho, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar platforms is preferred.Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.High attention to detail and accuracy.
