Job Description

Develop and execute procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectivesManage local and international sourcing of raw materials and productsLead supplier selection, evaluation, and contract negotiationsOversee purchasing operations to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and availabilityManage international logistics, including shipping and customs clearanceEnsure proper application of Incoterms and international trade regulationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and partnersMonitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply risksCollaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, production, operations)Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies

10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain rolesBackground in chemicals, pesticides, or related industries is a MUSTStrong experience in international sourcing and purchasingSolid knowledge of:Shipping & logisticsCustoms clearance proceduresIncoterms and international trade practicesProven track record in negotiation and supplier managementVery good command of EnglishStrong computer skillsExperience with ERP systems is a plus (Odoo is highly preferred)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong personality with leadership capabilitySupply Chain certification is preferred
