10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain rolesBackground in chemicals, pesticides, or related industries is a MUSTStrong experience in international sourcing and purchasingSolid knowledge of:Shipping & logisticsCustoms clearance proceduresIncoterms and international trade practicesProven track record in negotiation and supplier managementVery good command of EnglishStrong computer skillsExperience with ERP systems is a plus (Odoo is highly preferred)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong personality with leadership capabilitySupply Chain certification is preferred
