Overview: As our Procurement Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing all aspects of our procurement lifecycle.

You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that enhance our supply chain resilience and deliver exceptional value.

This role demands a leader who is not only skilled in negotiation and logistics but also possesses a strategic mindset to anticipate market trends and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic procurement plans that align with company goals and objectives.Lead all purchasing activities, from sourcing to contract negotiation and vendor management, ensuring optimal terms and quality.Manage and optimize the entire supply chain, including logistics, inventory control, and distribution.Identify and evaluate new suppliers, fostering strong, collaborative relationships to secure advantageous agreements.Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising on quality or operational efficiency.Oversee contract management, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and procurement processes.Proven experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost control.Ability to manage purchasing activities and ensure timely delivery of materials.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement-related systems.
