Procurement Specialist

We're seeking International /Domestic Procurement Specialist to handle the entire purchasing process for Nawah's pharmaceutical division, both domestically and internationally, with a focus on research materials, equipment, and services related to the Pharma division.

Ensure timely acquisition of high-quality materials, equipment, and services at optimal costs while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards and execute end-to-end domestic procurement of goods and services (office supplies, lab equipment, uniforms, catering tools, and other non-scientific assets) under the direction of the Supply Chain Manager.

Ensure cost-effective purchasing, timely deliveries, and compliance with company policies while supporting the Supply Chain Manager in local vendor management and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Job Requirements:Must to have:Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific speciality for International position and any related field for Domestic position.At least 3 years of experience in purchasing in pharmaceutical industries or toll companies.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent command of English languageStrong negotiation and contract management skills.

Nice to have:Hands on experience in ERP Odoo system.Experience with tendering processes and supplier audits.Knowledge of international trade regulations for imported materials.Familiarity with data collection methods, statistical analysis software.Certification in Supply Chain/Procurement (CPSM, CSCP).
