Job Description
Job SummaryThe Product Specialist will be responsible for promoting and supporting the company’s X-Ray devices portfolio by providing technical and clinical support, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Promote and present X-Ray devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations
- Provide technical and application support to customers
- Follow up on sales opportunities and customer inquiries
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Arrange and participate in workshops, conferences, and training sessions
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitors, and product developments
- Prepare regular reports regarding sales activities and customer feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in X-Ray devices or medical imaging field
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good technical understanding of X-Ray systems and applications
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in X-Ray devices or medical imaging field
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good technical understanding of X-Ray systems and applications
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Good command of English
