Product Specialist – X-Ray Devices

Job SummaryThe Product Specialist will be responsible for promoting and supporting the company’s X-Ray devices portfolio by providing technical and clinical support, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Promote and present X-Ray devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
• Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations
• Provide technical and application support to customers
• Follow up on sales opportunities and customer inquiries
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Arrange and participate in workshops, conferences, and training sessions
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitors, and product developments
• Prepare regular reports regarding sales activities and customer feedback
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in X-Ray devices or medical imaging field
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Good technical understanding of X-Ray systems and applications
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Good command of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
