Job Description
e are seeking a highly motivated Production Engineer to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations, improve production efficiency, and ensure product quality.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring production processes, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, reducing downtime, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Job DescriptionMonitor daily production activities to ensure achievement of production targets.Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction.Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.Monitor machine performance, downtime, and production KPIs.Develop and update production procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.Prepare production reports and analyze production data for management review.Support new product introductions and process optimization projects.
Bachelor's Degree in , Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.experience in steel industry is a plusStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
