- Monitor fitment, alignment, dimensions, appearance, and functionality.
- Prevent scratches, deformation, incorrect assembly, and cosmetic defects.
- Coordinate with Quality Control regarding assembly defects.
- Coordinate with Injection Molding when plastic parts have dimensional or fitment problems.
- Balance manpower between assembly stations.
- Improve line cycle time and productivity.
- Reduce rework, scrap, and assembly errors.
- Develop and follow standard work instructions.
- Train operators and technicians on correct assembly methods.
- Follow up final assembly before packaging.
- Monitor production output, rejection, rework, and downtime.
- Prepare daily and weekly production reports.
- Support continuous improvement activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree inMechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experiencein production or assembly operations.
- Strong practical experience on assembly lines.
- Good understanding of plastic parts and injection-molded components.
- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Experience with jigs, fixtures, and measuring tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage operators and technicians.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
